Hello, I'm Natasha Hersom a former buyer of Tim Corrinet. Tim recently requested if

I'd like to write a letter of recommendation for his services. I'm actually delighted to

write a letter on his behalf due to the extremely positive experience I had with him.

I recently bought my first home in July 2006. I had been actively looking since

December 2005. I've had dealings with other realtors so I do have a good comparison of

Realtors. I'm also an older buyer and knew what I wanted in a home. The first Realtor

that I worked with I felt was working for themselves and a commission. The second

Realtor was the same experience and more than willing to put me in a home that wasn't

right for me. I experienced a hard sell and almost ended up in negative situation.

Tim Corrinet made himself available for any requested showings that I had working

around my work and family schedules. I can't even recall how many houses, condos,

Town homes that he showed me within a broad geographical area. Another plus is that

he always provided me with the specific listing information and the area comparisons if I

neededthem. .

I soon realized that Tim has great experience and knowledge within his profession. Most

importantly, he has sincerity, honesty and integrity and I now know that those qualities

can be hard to find within a competitive profession such as Real Estate. Tim Corrinet

was actually referred to me by an acquaintance. I was close to giving up on purchasing a

home due to the previous poor experiences. I firmly believe that I wouldn't have found

my home if it weren't for Tim Corrinet. Tim also has a knack for finding you a home and

not just a house and I'm deeply-grateful for that.

I and my family love our new home. It was the right home for us financially,

emotionally, geographically and we couldn't be happier. I know that Tim guided me in

my search keeping those elements in mind. Every day my 3 year old son says, ''Mommy

I love my new home". I absolutely recommend Tim Corrinet and will be using him again

in any future home purchase. But, I also love my home that much that I might not want
